All orders will be prepared and sent in 2 to 5 working days. Do advise that during promotions period, it might take until 7 working days for your order to complete due to overwhelming orders.

Our working days are from Saturday to Thursday only.

If you are not satisfied with the product you’ve purchased, you may return it within five (5) working days upon received. The product(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the original packaging (if available). This policy is only applicable to full-priced item(s) only. Sale items are not returnable.

Customers are advised to contact us with your #ORDER ID and product details before returning the product.

Product returns or exchange will only be accepted due to the following reasons:

Wrong product received
Wrong amount of order received
Major defect product (minor defect not accepted)

Any products returned must abide the terms mentioned above. Returns due to creases from shipping will not be accepted. Should the product is returned to us in unsuitable condition, we reserved the right to refuse the return and the product will be send back to you.

All shipping cost are borne by customer and we are not liable until item reaches our office.
